We're in a new house -- moved in late last Spring -- and hadn't given the heating system more than a couple of quick test runs before the cold weather set in this past November. We still like them! The last time they came they did a check and everything was fine. We've been using them for about 3 years and we are completely satisfied with them.
We spent $2100 on that work, which was good. The tank was there since 1960, so it needed to be done. We bought the house last year, the salesman came out, we asked him about the oil tank and he said it was good for the time being. We asked him about the condenser in the air conditioner, and he said we did not need that. He explained everything to us and he could have sold me that day a new air conditioner and an oil tank. I USE THEM EACH SPRING TO COME OUT AND SERVICE THE FURNACE. IT SAVES US MONEY IN THE LONG RUN BECAUSE THEY ARE ABLE TO FIND ANY PROBLEMS EARLY AND THEY WILL ALSO GIVE US ADVICE ON HOW TO MAINTAIN IT.

Horrible company. Signed an oil contract with a higher than average ceiling price (more than $1 over other competitors which I found out after the fact), had 2 service calls in the first 2 months of the contract and both times I had to have them come back to fix problems they caused. The second of those issues was a leaking valve which was leaking right after they left. Had to wait 4+ hours for them to come back to fix their issue meanwhile 5-7 gallons of water leaked onto my floor and into buckets. They will give you a dece... read more
