I have been a customer since late 2021. I have the ceiling plan and I convinced my parents to switch to Petro and utilize the same plan. My past 2 deliveries have been at my ceiling price, when the going rate per gallon is over 1.50 less in my area. To make matters worse, my parents renewed their ceiling plan with a ceiling price that is 1.21 dollars less per gallon. It took over a month to get my contract Why ?
I obtain propane for my in-ground pool from this company. The organization sends tons of emails about equipment. I asked for an estimate for replacing an old 2-ton central AC unit. This company quoted me a price 30% HIGHER than I paid a big box store for a 2.5 ton unit (same brand) 7 years ago. Really? I don’t have any evidence suggesting that central AC units have increased in price by that amount. I’ll pass. Suggest you pass too.
It took two days to resolve my mothers no heat situation recently. She is 90 years old and something like this should have never happened. I understand the first come first serve process but someone who is 90 years old living at home alone with no heat in the winter should be given some special consideration. I hope she does not have to go through something like this ever again
