I was incredibly pleased with our experience while dropping our puppy off for doggie play time this weekend. even though we don't live near here, the location is perfect for our son who plays baseball. I could not be happier with the service we received, the front desk staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. After one day there they knew him by name when he came in the next day and he was excited to see them too!! we will definitely be back when in town. I was most pleased with the service I received while boarding my cat for 8 nights while I was away in Savannah. She happens to be 20 years old and never spent any time away in a boarding situation. The facility is very clean and spacious. They made accommodations for her not to have to go up and down in the condo because of her arthritis.
