Absolutely terrible. They completely buzzed my dog, which is not what I asked for. They shaved his ears and left the top long. His facial and head hair is long and uneven. They added services that I did not request, and when I went to pick my dog up they brought out SOMEONE ELSES DOG WITH MY DOGS COLLAR ON.

These pictures are of the aftermath of my GOLDEN RETRIEVERS that got shaved down by the groomers at Pet Suites. We did not ask for this and never got told they would be shaving our dogs like this. My dogs are now having to wear cones on their head because of the marks that was left on their body when being shaved so it keeps them from scratching and making bigger sores than what was already created.
