Due to covid affecting our pet sitter, I was faced with losing my vacation or finding somewhere for my dogs. My friend knows the GM and called her and they had availability when I needed it! Shocking because it was a Saturday and last minute. Anyway, we ran into an issue with dogs food and Audra and Kristin went above and beyond to help and make it right. It shows classy business when you own mistakes and do what you can to make it right. We will recommend you and we will be back. Thank you!

I always use them when I leave town and they are by far the best. They even took holiday pics and sent to us. Very friendly staff and good to our pups.

Hello, I never leave reviews but I had too! They treated our senior chihuahua like of he was their own family. I would definitely only use this place next time we are in town. Trust me you won’t regret it. Friendly and clean establishment. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ He got super spoiled..🐶🐶

I absolutely adore this place and the staff! They take such good care of my boy and I feel completely comfortable leaving him with them after his first visit! They sent me pictures while I was out of town and you can really tell they care about the dogs in their care. Lucky to have found a place so close to home! Thanks y’all.

The dogs had their own vacation while we were on vacation! 😍🐶 This was our first time using this place, we will definitely keep taking them there! They sent us pictures daily, called for any questions/concerns and just look how happy they are in these pics!! Lol. Great prices, if it’s your first time with them, you get the first night free for each dog and if you have multiple pets, you get a discount! We were also able to order them a bath and extra play time! We enjoyed our trip with no worries. 🥰

Very friendly and helpful staff. Louie loves it there! I just have a inquiry and wish they would update me more about my dog or have cameras in so I can see how he is. Other than that, very awesome place!

We had to evacuate from Slidell La from Ida. We have an almost 2 year old little boy, it was kind of stressful having to leave on short notice. I don’t normally leave but my wife wanted to. I had to search for a while to find a pet friendly hotel, we have a big chocolate lab. Everything was fine for only a day before we got a call from the hotel saying everyone was complaining about our dog barking. We didn’t know what to do because we were on a tight budget and soon found out that no one would take our dog without paperwork, we was up to date on everything but only we knew that. Thank god for pet suites, they said it wasn’t a problem. Our dog Bailey just couldn’t play with other dogs, the price of this place is amazing. So I really appreciate all of their help. Thank you!

The staff is friendly& helpful, with my pets feeding 3 different dog foods, staff makes sure all dogs are separated at feeding time, gives medicine, staff enjoys spending time, walking by & petting dogs , clean , nice facilities with AC. Pets can play in Pool @ cool off during day, or play in AC in building if it Rains. I’m a repeat customer, always a great experience. They enjoy sending pic to ya , just to see that smile from my dog while I’m gone. It’s the best feeling ever. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Happy Customer Kammi
