I always board - and groom - my babies at the Erlanger location. The staff is friendly and patient no matter how busy they are. They always greet my babies by name and with a cuddle or a "scratch". They are very attentive to their needs and never complain no matter how many times I call for updates.

the staff is great! my dogs have been going since they were puppies and they know them by name as soon as we walk in the door. I can trust my dogs will be safe and happy here while I'm away!

The staff was more than helpful, friendly and professional. I left my 2 yr old Golden doodle Oliver there for three days. He was happy healthy and super glad to see me when I picked him up. Since it was my first time apart from him, I desired a safe, clean and attentive boarding for my fur baby. I first visited the place to view the surroundings and seen that the premises was clean and the staff was plentiful. I cannot begin to tell you what a god send PetSuites in Erlanger, KY is! I had a scheduled trip planned to help my mom out post surgery. I was so worried because the place I used to board them at before told me that they were not boarding anymore. Talk about sending me into Panic mode!! I took my dogs there for an overnight stay and to say they love it is an understatement. My dogs have stayed there several times now and they never look back at me when I’m dropping them off.
