They go out of their way to make sure we are happy both my cat and me. There was a mix up in where my cat was to be placed and they fixed it as soon as they could. They always have information when you ask. Great prices and exceptional staff. Always make sure you get the location not the call center as your needs will be better served
All the staff at PetSuites Cincinnati Airport are terrific! Our dog Mabel Ann loves going and playing with all her dog friends. The staff always greets her when she arrives.
I always board - and groom - my babies at the Erlanger location. The staff is friendly and patient no matter how busy they are. They always greet my babies by name and with a cuddle or a "scratch". They are very attentive to their needs and never complain no matter how many times I call for updates.
the staff is great! my dogs have been going since they were puppies and they know them by name as soon as we walk in the door. I can trust my dogs will be safe and happy here while I'm away!
The staff was more than helpful, friendly and professional. I left my 2 yr old Golden doodle Oliver there for three days. He was happy healthy and super glad to see me when I picked him up. Since it was my first time apart from him, I desired a safe, clean and attentive boarding for my fur baby. I first visited the place to view the surroundings and seen that the premises was clean and the staff was plentiful.
