We’ve had to put Sonic down after picking him up on Saturday morning.. He lost two pounds, stressed and couldn’t walk. The main reason for the rating is not letting us know he wasn’t doing well; and uploading notes when it’s time to return doesn’t serve much purpose, and not letting us know about the huge sore on his backside.

I am so disappointed with the lack of empathy that I received regarding the grooming service. I booked what I thought was a 45.00 package I go to pick up my dog and it’s 98.00 I have a short haired dog. Called and spoke to someone and was told read the top of the page where it states that the groomers prices are set per groomer. At no point does it say that the package I picked during the booking would be added onto another price that the groomer set. The online portal does not give pricing for grooming and baths as they very by breed and are set by our groomers.
