The online portal does not give pricing for grooming and baths as they very by breed and are set by our groomers. The manager and trainer are clueless. I have a South African Boerboel. they evaluated her for day care and they failed her saying she was not pet friendly this dog plays with anything and everything our neighbors cats any and all dogs even laided with 4 week old puppies. Has been trained by a professional that has trained Guard Dogs, Police dogs, K9 for warriors on and on. Slow service…couldn’t or didn’t know how to check me out…looks unsure…maybe she’s new…I did a whole review and she still hasn’t come back with my dog!!! My advice is more training or don’t let her work up front…

My dogs have been coming for over a month and now all of a sudden my discounts can not be used with the promo of the day when before it was not an issue. I had all of this clarified before we started in January and now info is changing and others are being blamed for not doing their job correctly…
