We left our dogs at PetSuites in Murphy for a week while we went on vacation, and when picked up, my English Bulldog/Shar-Pei walked out covered in eye boogers unable to see after specifically leaving instructions on cleaning his eyes due to his condition. We got their beds back wet and smelling like pee. One of our dogs was received with an aggressive behavior and the other was scared. FYI!!! If you are late picking up your dog at Pet Suites they will not give you your dog and charge you for an overnight. We were 9min late. As a loyal customer that takes her dog there multiple times a week, I find this policy asinine. And we’ve never been told this policy! My dog had not eaten dinner, so I refused to leave her. They finally relented and brought me my dog, but said I would still have to pay for the entire night!! What happened to giving grace? Why would a business risk losing a loyal customer? Took my dog for his first visit - I received no phone call prior to me bringing him to his first visit and then when I picked him up they gave me no update at all on him or how to schedule moving forward. I also witnessed another German Shepard get his foot completely stuck in one of the gates, staff did nothing, said he was fine (he was limping pretty bad), and never called the owner. It was terrible to see that and felt that if something happened to my dog I would not know. Bummer but will not be back.

We had left messages as recently as 30 minutes prior to this incident for the owner to contact us regarding other issues, and we also left several messages afterwards. I boarded my dog for a week. I paid over $250 and they handed me my dog back with urine soaked paws and poop caked a over his backside. I asked if he had been sick or something and theh couldn't tell me anything. the manager tried to tell me she has seen small dog breeds like mine get poop caked on them very easily. It was obvious my poor puppy had been sitting in his own shit for days. I will never subject my dog to this place again.
