I’m beyond upset that I received my pups bowls full of stool they did not even bother to clean them like I turned them in. The lady even said oh they have poop and put them in the bag. I thought she had cleaned them but she didn’t. He also has a bad scab on his nose which leads me to believe he wasn’t given enough breaks w poop on his bowls and kennel burn on nose. POOR business practices. They wouldn’t see my dog for grooming because the shots record didn’t have expiration dates on them. What a poor business practice! I was communicating with them back and forth and they just didn’t want the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Be aware and don’t go there. They honestly don’t want your business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOARDING FACILITY!!!!! I would not recommend boarding here to anyone. Our cat never had a limp and started limping there when we picked him up through to this day. They don’t care about their pets, just the money portion, trying to add in extras here and there. We even purchased the insurance which they say they will not cover our cats expenses now, saying it was pre existing??? He is only 9 months old and never limped before we dropped him off, never been seen by a vet for an injury until he was boarded ... read more
