RecommendedEverything!! NEO our Westie is 9 months old and has never been away from us. We went for a visit to check out the facility and was pleasantly surprised. The girls are awesome, the facility is very clean and we were very happy with the groomer, she did a great job.. NEO loves to play with other dogs, so his days away from us were completely booked, plus he had his very own TV.. NEO is obsessed with TV. We love the place, it is pricey but you get what you pay for and we definitely recommend Pet Suites.
Just started taking Max and Erma this week! The service is amazing. Extremely clean! Max is social and is enjoying playing with other dogs. Erma has a lot of anxiety and they are patient and kind with her. We are hoping daycare helps her and when we go on vacation they will feel comfortable in the environment! They are also partnered with the rescue where I adopted Max and Erma from!! (Rico Pet Recovery) Everyone there is positive and upbeat and seems to really love animals!!!
I love love love Petsuites. I love my fur babies more than anything and they LOVE daycare. Even after I boarded them here for a few nights (which went fantastic) my dogs still wanted to go to daycare!! It makes me so happy to see them so excited. And the staff is always incredibly kind and gentile with my dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs here knowing they’re safe and being taken care of

Nakia and Heather are AMAZING in grooming and the whole staff made my girl so comfortable while we were away on a day trip. Nakia loves my puppy just like she was her own and I have no doubt that she’s in the best hands while at Petsuites. Thank you all so much!!
We are weekly customers of the all day play and I cannot say enough good things. The staff is caring, professional, and attentive. However, I will never use the grooming services again after my experience today. I used the online scheduling option and received a grooming appointment confirmation but they did not have my dog scheduled after all. That part is okay, because mistakes/ system issues happen. Took my dog to first day of puppy preschool. She stayed for 2.5 hours. The staff was great at communicating with me. They took pictures for me and made me feel at ease! Going back tomorrow for a full day. Covid curbside service is great. The staff was super sweet!
