I called and talked with a pharmacist when I first received my prescription. I wish I could remember her name - but she was very nice, friendly and helpful. The label on my prescription didn’t give me the exact amount to use. She fixed that and even mailed me a new label, which arrived quickly. Plus the container for my prescription is fool proof - you’ll hear clicks to let you know how much is needed in the syringe. Extremely pleased with every aspect of Pharmacy Specialist!
