Began this journey in mid April with the intent to lose a few pounds to help build self esteem and get healthy. Met with Sydney and she mapped out a plan to reach a goal weight. Each week I met with couple coaches that monitored my weight loss, offered encouragement and coached me through the highs and a couple lows along the journey. PHD Weight Loss has changed my life. The coaches are great!!! Each one of them brings new insight to my weight loss journey. I like the weekly check-ins because it keeps me accountable. It is hard to explain what a difference PHD has made in my life. My journey is not over but I known I will be successful. Never had that confidence with other programs I have tried. I am officially in maintenance. I started on my PHD Weightloss journey on September 26th. Lost 3 pounds the first week and I was hooked. I have never felt better. The staff is very supportive. Tim shared his weightloss journey, an amazing story and it stuck with me. Yesterday was Thanksgiving and I paced myself throughout the day enjoying the traditional items but also keeping up my vegetables and protein.
