We waited over 3 hours to her and when my turn came I asked her why we waited 3 hours don’t thing for half hour check my eyes When I ask people how long they waited same like me all of them 8 people had appointments for 1 o’clock That’s why it’s ridiculous office They take as much as they can appointments for patience Need same check up and make them waiting … when you ask why they bs It’s register time Anyway the registration take 15 or less and the all waiting time is wasting our time to make the rich very bad attitudes, I... read more

Extremely unprofessional and uncaring for patients. Only wants numbers of patients in office and surgeries.

This practice is a disaster. The average wait time for a visit is 2-3 hours. There is no respect for patients. The excuse given by the office managers is that the doctors are in high demand. Basically, it is all about money. They triple book patients.

Referred to Phillips by local optician. Appointments were designed for medicare/older clientele. Surgeries went well. Post Op care - casual & varied by who I spoke to. Contracted severe conjunctivitis 3 days after surgery. Misdiagnosed - allergen, Second visit- conjunctivitis confirmed. No link w/ surgery/aftercare was made One Dr. said waiting room sterilization was lacking. Never heard from Phillips, although told he'd be "in touch"

Very mean to me when I called them and said that I would be ten minutes late because I had a sick kid and a kid who missed the bus. I started begging them and crying to take me but they said "No, we can't help you." I would never go to them again even if they were the last ophthalmologist on Earth.
