I do not feel as if my attorney really fought for me n my situation. I kept telling what I wanted and felt was fair and then was told that the adjuster was a “jerk”. I anticipated some going back and forth but the fact that I had to be in hospitals during covid, missed work and had to deal with 4 kids while having an injury, I wasn’t impressed with the outcome particularly from a bit g box store. I’d use Simone else

While I was able to see a doctor and PT on a lien, which helped a lot. Towards the end of the process I was very much disappointed with lack of communication. The deadline was constantly moved. I felt my case was not taken seriously, I was asked for paperwork/documents on the day it was needed rather then in advance. I felt like I had to constantly ask for updates and overall was not unsatisfied.
