Russell did multiple therapies to relieve my back and sciatic nerve spasms. My case was a difficult one with very slow improvement that needed additional spinal steroidal injections with a medical doctor to resolve the issues. The therapies used by Russell continued to help after steroids kicked in. I now continue at home with what was shown with my sessions on stretching and muscle glides for my back and leg.
