Phoenix Restoration did an excellent job coordinating the work on our wood floors and basement due to a water leak. They worked well with my insurance company. They communicated well, and I would definitely recommend them!
We had Phoenix in to redo the basement after a minor flood. They repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, removed carpet and had new carpet installed, replaced vinyl in the half-bath, and painted. Overall, their contractors were courteous, professional, and neat. They got the job done without unnecessary delay. They used a professional mover to move the furniture out and back in. I am very pleased with the results and so glad it's done.

Phoenix Renovation is AWESOME!! We experienced a flooded basement after those crazy rains this summer (2017) and we called Phoenix and they had people here cleaning up ASAP. The guys were extremely thorough, both in clean up procedures and in explaining to us the insurance portion of the project. What was so nice and unexpected was the professionalism and politeness of the group helping (lead by Jordan). We would hire all of them again without hesitation.
