Their patient care is great but their billing practices should be investigated. My son visited them in March and then again in April, along with my Daughter. I received a bill in May for the March visit which I promptly paid. A few months go buy and I kept getting outstanding balance texts. We repeatedly contacted them asking for copies of the invoices for the later visits so we could pay them and they never sent. Awful! I have had Nothing but issues ** the Wellnow from a billing standpoint. The care received was great however I dont know that I would step foot in this urgent care again due to consistent poor billing practices. I brought both my children march/2022. I had called about a bill in May 2022 and was told I had 0 patient responsibility. Noted and filed. One year later I got a bill and I thought jeez I better look at the *** thats from last year. Scammed. Waited over 1 hour. Never saw a doctor. Was told "to be scheduled within 7 days" to ssee a Dermatologist. Never heard from them again until I was charged $185.

**************** is really inconsistent and terrible. It is outsourced to people overseas who are very hard to understand and don't really care at all. Getting anything done with customer service is a hassle, and they never respond to emails. Except for billing, they're unusually receptive when they need money.

I visited Physicians Immediate Care to have a splinter removed from my left middle finger. A staff member came in with tweezers to remove the splinter in which I used my fingers to part the skin to assist with the removal of the splinter. No major medical tools nor machines were used in this process which took less than a minute to complete.I want to know why I would be charged $528 dollars for this procedure? I had an appointment scheduled for 3:04, they had me wait three and a half hours to be seen. To do a physical/drug screening for a job. The actual doctor only saw me for maybe *************************************************************** my life. Then proceeded to tell a possible job, that I could not lift over 20 lb without assistance. without doing any form of X-ray or stress test. Needless to say the job rescinded their offer because of this company. They prioritize walk-ins over scheduled appointments.

Visited clinic reporting 2 weeks of flu like symptoms asking for various tests. They quoted me 2 to 3 business days for test results. On day 3 they told me they had the results but I had to wait for a callback I didn't receive. On day 4 they again told me I had to wait for a callback I didn't receive.
