I went to the urgent care yesterday and Ninfa, Tammy and Doctor Romo went above and beyond to care for me and my situation. Their kindness, professionalism and expertise were more than I could have asked for. Such great staff at this location. The world needs more people like that who genuinely care about people. I had such a wonderful experience here!From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me like family and made me feel truly cared for. The clinic was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the care I received at Physicians Premier Emergency Room. I have been here twice this month, and both experiences were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel cared for, respected, and genuinely important. The wait time in the lobby was incredibly short no more than 3–4 minutes either visit which is almost unheard of for emergency care. I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this place. My family and I have been coming here because we can get in and out pay our bill in full with no additional bills from every different department. So convenient and they are so professional. They call the next few days to follow up on us. Who does that ! My resent visit was Amazingly Extraordinary to the point got it felt so much better the 2nd day in. They will always be my Go To Team !! Thank You , God Bless You All !!

My wife fell and was in severe pain in her lower back. She wasn't able to walk so the nurses went outside and brought her in to the ER via a wheelchair. Everyone was friendly, professional and seemed to genuinely care for our wellbeing. She was immediately taken back for tests and was kept informed thru out the ordeal. The only negative was that it took several tries/people to get the IV started (my wife has small, hiding veins). Overall we were very pleased with the service. Dan $
