Wanted to give a big SHOUT OUT, to Physicians Premier on Potranco for their prompt, courteous and professional service! Iwas greeted with a beautiful smile and compassion by the receptionist MARIAH and within less five minutes, I heard by name called by FREDDY and I was escorted to the back where nurse LISA took my vitals and within 5mins I WAS SHOCKED as Dr. SIMPSON walked in washed his hands, walked over to me and greeted me with a firm hand shake! If only every hospital could operate like Physician's Premiere! The service is impecable and deserves to be noted. Friendly front desk, Todd (nurse) addressed concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. No wait and once called to a room immediately saw a doctor. It is possible to receive great care. Keep doing what you’re doing PP! You’re top notch!

I went here a few weeks ago due to menorrahagia (I was on my period for 3 months and was bleeding extremely heavily wearing 9 pads AT ONCE and bleeding through in an hr kind of heavy and I was passing large blood clots and this was because of rare medication side effects) and me and my mom waited for around 10 mins because only one person was in the ER at the time (we went in the afternoon around 1 PM) everyone was so kind especially the nurses and also the lady who did the ultrasound, she was so incredibly sweet. If you need to see someone due to an emergency, do yourself a huge favor! Do not go to Physicians Premiere, they truly do not care if you are in pain, they do not care, to explain any of their findings, they will dismiss you, and treat you as if you’re bothering them. The only person that has ever helped me or given me any empathy is Brittney, she is the only thing that establishment has going for them.

Absolutely amazing care! The staff, nurses, and doctors went above and beyond to help my husband! The care and support he received were top notch. Not only did they care for him there, but they reached out the following day and assisted us with his follow up care. Thank you Chris for going the extra mile! Thank you all so much for such wonderful care!
