Physicians Premier ER — I truly can't say enough good things about this place. I was absolutely blown away by the level of care and service I received. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, and even had a wonderful sense of humor that made a stressful situation much easier. Wanted to give a big SHOUT OUT, to Physicians Premier on Potranco for their prompt, courteous and professional service! Iwas greeted with a beautiful smile and compassion by the receptionist MARIAH and within less five minutes, I heard by name called by FREDDY and I was escorted to the back where nurse LISA took my vitals and within 5mins I WAS SHOCKED as Dr. SIMPSON walked in washed his hands, walked over to me and greeted me with a firm hand shake! Exceptional Care from Start to Finish From the front desk to the triage nurse, radiology tech, and emergency physician, every step of my visit to Physicians Premier ER was superior. The whole team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have this level of care so close to home — truly phenomenal experience. Highly recommend!

I went here a few weeks ago due to menorrahagia (I was on my period for 3 months and was bleeding extremely heavily wearing 9 pads AT ONCE and bleeding through in an hr kind of heavy and I was passing large blood clots and this was because of rare medication side effects) and me and my mom waited for around 10 mins because only one person was in the ER at the time (we went in the afternoon around 1 PM) everyone was so kind especially the nurses and also the lady who did the ultrasound, she was so incredibly sweet. Went in with abdominal pain the staff, nurses and Dr's are top notch very kind and real not fake nice. Called me to the back in literally 2 mins. I was in so much pain for weeks very glad I went, they offered pain management did bloodwork, CT Scan and Ultrasound discovered my galbladder needed to be removed. They arranged an ambulance to pick me up and I was able to skip ER wait they made sure I went straight into my private room.
