Pico Propane clearly has replaced customer care to "We need revenue only" More than 10 years ago we built an outdoor kitchen that we use (especially) during this great season in SoFlo. Forever propane installed a 100 lb. tank connected to our outdoor kitchen. Every year when the tank is less than 20 lbs. I have had it filled, Pico filled it last year. This place is horrible. I have not had gas since before Thanksgiving. We keep getting no call no shows and no one wants to take ownership. We are going to go with another company even if it cost more because we can’t go months without gas due to Forever Propane’s lack of any accountability. They are receiving a 1 as that is the lowest score, we can rate them. We had to give away our uncooked Thanksgiving meal and go to the Cracker Barrel and we refuse to do the same for Christmas. A little advice, don’t use this vendor.

This is the absolute worst, most unprofessional and incompetent company I've ever seen. They have no compassion or respect for their customers. Before hurricane Irma, they promised me delivery of my gas on four consecutive days. They never showed or called to explain. Had they simply told me they would be unable to provide my gas, my 80+-year-old parents wouldn't be suffering in the heat for over a week as I would have made alternative arrangements to refill my tank somewhere else. This company is horrible. I was scheduled for home fill up the Tuesday BEFORE Hurricane Irma. They didn't get to my house, as the truck ran out of gas. They promised to be back to my home the next day. They failed. They said they'd make it on Thursday, the same day we evacuated. They lied to me and said they had filled the tanks. It is now TWO WEEKS later.... And I still have never received my gas delivery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Customer service is absolutely horrible!!! They all have really bad attitudes...
This has to be the worst company I have ever encountered. Since we started using their services, we have had nothing but problems. The accounting department is extremely incompetent. We have filled out and returned the auto pay form twice and still I am told that they have no record of it.
