Quick response time in getting my tanks filled. Also, the driver, Matt Gonzales, did a great job with filling the tanks as my tanks are not in the most convenient spots. He was careful not to damage any plants and was very professional, friendly and overall, a great guy. I have always had consistent great customer service with Pico and competitive prices.

We recently needed our propane tank filled and balanced prior to the recent cold weather heading our way. However, it was found that we are in need of a replacement. Pico got temporarily balanced the tank, noted a return date to replace it, and helped us with a couple of relighting issues after their visit. We were pleased with their response and actions taken to all of our requests and have recommended them to others.
