When I requested a delivery via your web site, the delivery date got stuck on 26 April 2026. That was no problem for me, but perhaps the web site has an issue that needs to be addressed.. But, the delivery driver showed up unexpectedly at my locked ranch gate on 3 April, 2026. The driver waited a few minutes and the little lady in the Kennedy office called me. I jumped up and drove to my gate and let him in to fill my tank. That's teamwork, folks! Way to go, team! Customer is impressed! Thank you!!!!

Requested propane for home. Received promptly. Courteous driver. Left invoice. Great experience! Jeff Martinez was our driver. One of our vehicles was in his way, and he very politely asked us to move it. Brandy was the office person with whom I placed my order and, as always, she was polite and thorough in getting the order correct.

The service tech that installed our new tank, Adam (I believe), was very professional. He explained every step he was going to do and completed the job Marvelously. I would recommend this company to family and friends. Side note, they came and installed our tank on Dec 24th, where other companies were already closed for the holiday.
