My family and I were customers of pinnacle for decades. We encountered a problem with their service, and a DOT supervisor told us about Pico. I have never been more impressed with a company. The prices and service are more than fair!!! The employees go above and beyond!! They were polite and so helpful in a stressful time. the only regret I have is not having switched over sooner. I’m having trouble with my central heater and I wanted to make sure that the percentage gauge was not lying to us and also check both the primary and secondary regulators. The driver Phillip showed up much earlier (days earlier) than I expected. What was confirmed was that the heater itself was the problem and all of Pico’s equipment, tank gauge and both regulators were fine. Services were quick, professional and competent. Can’t ask for more than that.
