EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO LIVE The new Property Manager and staff is awesome. They care about their tenants needs. The new manager always doing some type of event to keep the kids motivated and busy. I'm super excited about being a resident of Piedmont Park!!

Verified Renter Piedmont park is affordable for those with multiple people in the household. Maintenance worker is very professional and friendly.

Verified Renter All of the staff here at Piedmont do their very best to help us and make living here great. There are policies in place that are above the workers here that need to be fixed. As a tenant I expect a little more. If a few changes could be made everything would really be perfect. I love living here!!!!!!!!

Piedmont Park My apartment complex is a great gated community. I love the quiet surroundings and friendly neighbors. There isn't a lot of amenities but the pool is my favorite place to un wine after a long day of work. I have a one bedroom that's spacious and rent is only 480 a month!
Roach Infested Apartments, DON’T waste your time! I moved into these apartments in November of 2024. It was the worse decision I have ever made. Not only is the infestation an absolute nightmare. The landlord is horrid. She comes off as a nice person but she’s evil. How do you even allow people to live like this? I’ve reached out several times about this issue but all they keep doing is putting a bandaid on an open wound. I honestly don’t even know how she has a job, being this incompetent.
