I'm normally someone that rarely goes to the dentist because it always seems like bad news. After having a couple problems with a few teeth, I bit the bullet and needed a dentist. Was referred to Pike Creek Dental and I am completely ecstatic with the the choice I made. The office is cosmetically amazing and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I really like PCD. I have been going there for a long time. My original dentist has retired, I really liked him, but now DR. Robinson has taken over, and he is really so kind and thoughtful. I would recommend him to everyone😊 PCD is the best😊‼️
This was my favorite and only dentist I could go to and my kids went here since they were little and for the first time when I needed them the most I was treated like I was crazy with a bad infection and I wasn't listen too I was referred to another doctor and when the other doctor call was told to tell me to see a neurologist that it was not the packaging the doctor put on me. I have been somewhat satisfied with my experience here (barring 1 dentist) as an adult and I had attempted to take my son here as well. They are not good with children even though they will see them. 1 hygienist is outstanding with kids but as far as fillings go, no way. They attempted a filling without novocaine saying it wasn't necessary. Ha. My son was in the chair for an hour crying before I decided enough was enough. I was very unhappy with my first and only visit. I made the appointment with the intention of joining their heavily advertised "smile club". After having a set of xray and a short meeting with a hygienist I was told that I didn't qualify for the smile club and needed several thousand dollars worth of deep scaling.
