I really love living at Pikeview Manor. In fact, I lived here about 30 yrs ago & when I relocated back to WV there was no question I would live here again. We have an awesome staff who are warm, friendly & totally address any concern I may have immediately. A quiet residence with amazing neighbors. I wouldn't consider living anywhere else. And oh! the view from my balcony!!! Thanks guys for all you do to make me feel special!

Lovely place to live. A great place to call "HOME". The entire staff always greet you with a smile 😊 and are very helpful to our needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean by friendly courteous staff. We have loved our time here, and will recommend it to others. ❤👌
Awesome customer service! Just recently, my washing machine and dryer broke. I reached out to them and in just less than 10 mins one of their maintenance staff arrived and inspected the unit. After determining that it’s irreparable, he immediately replaced it with a new one. Pikeview Manor apartment has very friendly office staffs, great amenities(gym,pool,tennis court, basketball court,play ground for kids and also they have another playground for dogs). The place is very safe. It’s really a great value for money!
I've been a resident for 4 months and I really appreciate how caring the office staff and maintenance staff is. The apartment is perfect, I feel very comfortable being here. If there is an issue they will resolve it within that day. They always have nice events for the residents like chili night or pool parties. Everybody is very welcoming!
The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done quickly by clean friendly people. The apartments are comfortable. Love having coffee on my balcony!!
