Was very disappointed that Pilchuck refused to take my quarter horse with a bad abscess even though my Vet requested it 3 times in 3 days. Pilchuck would not even take a look, even though I said the cost would not be a problem. Due to needing that extended care, and it being refused, we had to put him down. He was completely healthy otherwise.
