Terrible service. Make a appointment and wait for 20 mins. Then they take a walk in right in front of you for blood work and thats what your still waiting there for to be seen. Unreal.
In healthy cats less then 0.1% of deaths occur from spay/neuter surgeries; the majority of these loses being due to incompetent medical personnel. We have lost 2 cats within the last year due to this clinic and supposed 'freak accidents.' The real nail in the coffin was when they informed us of our loss today, my mother rightly got a little hysterical over the phone.
