It's tough coming to terms with the fact that my trusted dentist of over 25 years in the Parkchester section of The BX is now ill. And even while I'm living in the Catskills, I'd still managed to drive down and see him because he's that good. I can't speak about the other dentists in this practice but I have been seeing Dr. Yuen for more years than I can count. He is professional, caring, cautious, and everything else you'd want in a dentist. My whole family sees him and they would agree, we have every confidence in this dentist. Whoever the reviewer is that referred to him as "a sadist" has to be off their rocker, that comment couldn't be further from the truth. His assistant, Erin, is very personable also.
Share your positive experiences! Pine Street Dental: Yesterday I had my first root canal with Doctor Vong and his assistant Joann at Pine Street Dental. He was intelligent, explained all that he was going to do and all that he was doing as he did it. He was above all else gentle at his craft. My tooth was not agreeable at all. I needed extra numbing to be sure I felt nothing. Some of the root had calcified and it was a most difficult job for him. Dr Yuen was polite, gentle and kind. He is also professional and does a wonderful work of filling teeth earlier this year and a root canal last year. I appreciate this dentist and recommend him.
