High Quality, professional After having been to another dental office in Colorado Springs I found them to be not as friendly as I wanted them to be and thought I would try another dental office that made me feel more comfortable. That is what I have found here at Pinnacle. They have made me feel welcome and I know exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost up front. I appreciate that. Wonderful staff.

Made me so comfortable I am deathly afraid of dentists. Dr. Jennings is the sweetest kindest person I have ever met. He made me feel so comfortable and unafraid. He explained everything he was going to do. He is the best. I traveled from Tennessee to see him it was worth the trip.

Routine cleaning/exam I had Christina as my hygienist today and she was so attentive and personable. It was the first time she has worked with me. We clicked right away since we are both originally from West Texas. She continued to look at my teeth and take care of anything she saw that still needed attention. She also gave me some samples of a tool that she thought might help with cleaning between my bottom, front teeth. I specifically asked for my next cleaning to be with her. Both Mary and Cristina did a great job in cleaning our teeth today. We really like the fact that they are giving us specific feedback on how we are doing with our home care and making recommendations for improvement. We also appreciate having our night guards cleaned. The front desk associate (sorry - forgot her name) was responsive and provided us with all of the paperwork we needed.
