I'm very upset. This has totally cancelled any hope I had of retiring in October. The $10,000 plus bill is the equivalent of 5 months of my estimated income and does not even reflect any senior citizen discount that I can find.
In addition to my prior feedback, I'm very disappointed that the staff cannot honor my request to contact me at my work number. I was referred to Dr Hardy whose office left me a message on my HOME phone number on Wednesday instead of calling me at my work number. Since I leave for work at 5:15 in the morning and don't arrive back home until 5:00 at night I missed the call. When I called Dr Hardy's office on Thursday I discovered they are only open Monday through Wednesday so we lost another week at a minimum.
