Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Brooke took the time to explain what she was looking for, and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated the fact that I was involved in the decision making process. It was a relaxed atmosphere, which I loved.

I had a suspicious something on my cheek (small growth) and made an appointment. They got me in within a few weeks. The staff was friendly and compassionate. If there is further treatment required after my pathology is done, I will definitely go back to Pinnacle Dermatology. They are trustworthy and professional.

The Mohs surgery on my neck was a 'piece of cake!' My Pa-C Heather did an amazing job at finding and doing the bx on my neck and ear and she froze the spot on my ear. Alexander set up the appt for the Moh's. I requested to have it sooner if possible. He called me three times to offer a sooner appt due to cancelations. The third time was perfect for me. Sierra prepped me, explained everything that would happen and what to do post-op. Dr. Shi explained every step also as the procedure was done and was obviously extremely metic... read more
