Dr. Nova Shu and assistant Emily were very attentive and empathetic to my issue. They took ample time to address the issue. Reassure me it was not uncommon, and they would help me. Answered all my questions. Gave me hope and confidence. They are keepers!

No waiting for long periods. The only thing I disagree with is having to wait until my next appointment to get results of biopsy. Having practiced medicine for 42 years and having to tell patients that type of result, I gave seen how painful waiting can be.

Staff friendly, welcoming, and well organized. Nurse was cheerful , prepared, and made one comfortable. Dr Duffey is great. Excellent , friendly, explains everything clearly, answers all your questions, and is a compassionate person who clearly desires to do his best to help and heal. The whole group is excellent!
