The receptionist was a little off, hard to hear but DR RUPERT KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK EVERY TIME !!

Everyone was friendly and caring. My one issue was in trying to a message to Erica or her assistant. There were many hoops in which to jump through. Hopefully I will get a response tomorrow.

Dr. Patel was kind and knowledgeable. I just hated waiting a half an hour for her to come to the room for my appointment. Front desk seemed a bit confused about handling two patients at once.
