The PA I saw, Heather Kitchens, is excellent. She was very thorough and answered clearly every question that I asked. I highly recommend her. I knew I was in good hands with her. The check- in at the front window however, is not patient-friendly, IMHO. There is a solid wall of clear plexiglass with only a little slot at the bottom to talk through to the people on the other side checking me in. Awesome experience. From the check in to check out. Owen is only 4. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Doctor Bernardan is excellent with children and is always on time, and never makes you feel rushed. I love this practice and highly recommend it.

Staff was great but Dr.Webster spent like 5 minutes looking at me and that was it. 60 bucks.
