Quick easy check-in. Minimal wait time to get to an exam room. Michael is punctual and always friendly. Exams are thorough and complete. Treatment, of any, follows immediately. Always pleased with their work. I never see an insurance.form so no fussing with that!

Appointment was very prompt and the the dr and assistant was very informative about my problem. Sooo very nice and mannerly and no rushing like they were hurrying me. Rooms and halls were clean and neat. BR was very clean and stocked well. I would recommend Pinnacle to to anyone needing assistance

The nurse was great, as I told her about an update on meds, she informed me about the mites of the cicadas causing the ferocious bites. Those were the ones I'd recently experienced causing the med update! Dr. Troiani is a true pleasure and forward thinking. I was coming in for Rx refill and to update new insurance. My med date was to be in 2 days, he was able to provide me with my injection that day, so the insurance would have time to be worked out for the next dosage. Awesome practice!!
