The Dr was nice, not too helpful, but nice. The front desk clerk can work on her customer service. She remained on the phone for quite a while without acknowledging us so we sat down to wait for her to get off the phone. Once off, she still did not acknowledge us and we had to ask if we needed to check in or just wait. She claimed she didn't see us but we know she did.
