Began appointment on time. Nurse was very engaging, a great listener, answered questions, and clearly explained the steps of the procedure. Dr. Urban was very clear as to the process and answering questions. The gave clear and thorough explanations of post-procedure process.

Very short waiting period and had a full exam found many smaller items and I never knew about most. Treatment was done very good and treated with respect
