This was my first time there. The receptionist s were very pleasant and welcoming I was seen by Dr Hayes. He was knowledgeable regarding spot on my face. He started out seeing my concerns were and explained what could be done. My husband and I decided to remove it that day. Dr, Hayes thank you for taking the time to inform us about the procedure and thank you for making it comfortable and almost hurtful ☺️. Wishing you and your staff only the best
