Fine as far as the professionals in their clinic rooms. The front office personnel took my two insurance id's but then I still got six bills yesterday , gor the same process. When I tried calling to discuss it, I get a computer run around. I waited 20 minutes for a computer to tell me we can't talk. I did this twice with two numbers. Same results. I left a message but that just goes to the great computer in the sky and I never heard from them . I had to drive back to the clinic to talk to a person who discovered that th... read more

Office exuded professional ambiance, staff were friendly and efficient. Coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Laptop & phone charging area was appreciated. Chairs were comfortable. Will definitely tell others about my positive experience. Last but not least the surgeon and nurse/assistant? were both Excellent.

Dr. Nova Shu and assistant Emily were very attentive and empathetic to my issue. They took ample time to address the issue. Reassure me it was not uncommon, and they would help me. Answered all my questions. Gave me hope and confidence. They are keepers!
