It was very brief but the dermatologist was pleased with his progress and we will be back in 6 months .Overall it was a great experience.

Have been going here for years Love my Dr and all people in the office. But I do have complaint about the billing people .Have been trying to get a correct bill for months .Just got a new one yesterday still incorrect.I am at a loss what to do next have called sent Fax to billing company with no help. May be time to find a new company to send out bills!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing office staff with excellent patient care skills. Assisted me in completing my forms. Usually they hand you a clip board and you're on your own. My experience with PA Anya was above all my expectations. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology. They are definitely over and above.

4-5 stars on the front office staff and patient care professionals. Two or three stars for the back office staff (phone trees and holds and bounced calls), billing folks (can't seem to get copays right), and the entire system for communication outside the office environment. I want to be clear that the folks are very nice and understanding but the system in which they operate is not user-friendly
