The check in process was very quick. I didn't wait at all until the nurse called me back and covered all the vitals/ questions dealing with my problem. My PA-C, Michael Snedecker was very thorough and explained everything to me and what I should expect. After my biopsy, the nurse gave me after care directions and I set up my follow up appointment.
