Office was busy, didn't have to wait too long, but I felt my exam was rushed. I didn't even get any bandages or ointment after my procedure. Not sure if I'll be back.

I got to my appt. about 10 minutes early. I filled out my forms and barely sat down and they called my name. I never have to wait very long. The girls working there are pleasant and efficient. My experience will keep me coming back every 6 months. My brother is seeing someone in the Grand Blanc office next week on my recommendation. Love Pinnacle!
