Waited a little longer, but PA and staff were thorough and polite.

The staff who took care of me were great. I did not like check in at all. The fact I had to take my time to call your office, go through the prompts to say I was coming was stupid. I have to come back & the day I made the appointment to come back when I got home I was to call you back to confirm the appointment I just made. Stupid. Also there are plenty of apps that a person can confirm a appointment with one push of a button. Instead of calling,,having your staff look you up etc etc. stupid
