Waited a little longer, but PA and staff were thorough and polite.
From the front desk to the nurses/assistants, to the doctors and PA's, to the check out, such a top notch operation. I refer you all the time. Even have some people drive there from up north, including West Branch.
Doctor was awesome.. one of the receptionist not so friendly!
The staff who took care of me were great. I did not like check in at all. The fact I had to take my time to call your office, go through the prompts to say I was coming was stupid. I have to come back & the day I made the appointment to come back when I got home I was to call you back to confirm the appointment I just made. Stupid. Also there are plenty of apps that a person can confirm a appointment with one push of a button. Instead of calling,,having your staff look you up etc etc. stupid
