Not following covid guidelines in waiting room. Wendy is great but front desk is bad

The only problem I had is why is there no direct phone number for the Hill Rd., Flint office? Why do I want to leave a message for somebody in Chicago or wherever. Also more social distancIng. All of my doctor appointments recently, you wait in your car and get called in. I was not comfortable sitting with five other people in the waiting room.
I visited the NP and I wasn’t very impressed at all!! I came to see her for acne and another issue. I had a mask on and she didn’t even look at my face at all. She basically followed what the previous Doctor done with the exception of changing some of the meds. In changing the meds, the instructions are very unclear as to when they should be taken considering I have to meds for the same thing. Again I’m very unimpressed and maybe looking for some place else to go!!

Two seconds , your cheeks look good. Your back looks good. Showed him red spots on arm, wear sunscreen or long sleeves! Did my insurance company or my co-pay cover the 30 seconds he was in the office with me! I hope so, because a follow up visit is going to be questionable!

Dr is very knowledgeable, staff friendly. Follow up is lacking. I called twice for testing results, once 3 wks after appt. and again 5 wks. After appt. they were supposed to contact me, not other way around. The staff that did give me results was a bit rude & disturbed that I was asking. Dr gave no info on when to come back, I would’ve thought he’d want a look see to make sure medicine was working ok. But the bills came through no problem!

The PA and nurse was very nice but took an hour to be seen. My appt was at 230 and it was close to 330 when I was called back
My appt wait time was longer than normal just fir a skin check. Then, I did feel that was done quickly without a moment to talk over any desire to freeze any sun spots. Also, the time waiting, with just a flimsy paper covering, I could hear all conversations going on in adjacent room or hallway between PA and patient and between employees. Some low music and magazines would be helpful.
