My son was brought in by his father and grandmother due to me having to work. When my son got home he was not sure how to use his medicine/creams. I called the doctors office and they were very prompt about calling me back and went over everything my son was supposed to do with me for a second time. The nurse I spoke with was very warm and understanding of the situation.

Doctors Eid & Patterson are personal with me. Staff including the ladies on the front desk as well. However, not happy to wait 45 minutes (330p appointment).
