It was easy to make an appointment online. The wait time in the office was minimal. Everyone was kind and professional. Procedures were handled with care, precision, and compassion. Questions were answered throughly and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I highly recommend making an appointment!

New to the area. Quick appointment, friendly and felt super comfortable. The whole staff was great from the moment I walked in all the way through to my exit. Wife setup her appointment as well, glad we found them!

I had a great experience at Pinnacle! Staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and timely. I really appreciated how the PA and Assistant worked so well together. Scheduling was easy and there are appointments available!!! I switched to them because I didn’t have to wait 8 months to be seen. I highly recommend!

The office itself is comfortable and inviting. The staff is friendly and engaging. Everyone I came in contact with was engaging, and took the time to explain. Definitely did not feel rushed, or hurried. I would recommend Kimberly Cowart and the rest of the staff at Pinnacle to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
