The staff was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt to see me and addressed all my issues and scheduled a follow up appt. Im glad I chose to go to Pinnacle!

I felt the service was very rushed. I’ve been battling with acne for years and it felt like It was just a quick look, such as a here’s a prescription, see you in six weeks kind of visit. I would’ve liked it to be more attentive and just looking at my skin a little closer. I feel like a $50 copay was unfortunately very high for the consultation received.
