Appt was fine, but mine and my wife's new prescriptions were never sent to our pharmacy. Here 3 days later we are still waiting for them to get to our pharmacy
Everything was wonderful BESIDES BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I heard from two people we the Dr was great thsts why I hung onto the line....but if I had to make it from that person on the phone there is no way in hell I'd be going there. She completely did not to make the appointment! She said he's not taking appointments. I said I know he is. Then she said I don't think we take your insurance. I said how would you know I DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT TO YOU YET!!!
