Taken to an exam room before I finished updating my data, so I was pleased not to wait long in reception. Everyone I talked to today were very personable, made me feel very comfortable. And this system would not allow me to type in who I was assisted by today or choose a name on the list.

This was my first time there. I felt welcome during this visit. The staff were all friendly and the office was neat and orderly. I did not have to wait for my appointment. This was a positive experience.
