Jaime is incredible. Super knowledgeable and a lovely human as well. I am very impressed, and am thankful that she will make sure that my skin is healthy. I have two daughters that will most definitely come to her in the future for their skin needs as well.

I didn't have to wait longer than 3 or 4 minutes to be called back once I handed back their tablet after I finished entering in all my information as I was a new patient. Dr. Day was very informative and he quickly, but clearly, addressed how he would be tackling the issue I came in for. As well as what I needed to do before I needed to come back in. The doctors and staff are great. I can’t say the same thing about the owners of Pinnacle. Very poor management of the way you control your phone calls. I tried to reschedule my appointment on the phone with someone probably in another country and got nowhere. I only want to talk to the office that I am receiving services from. My family and I have been a patient with this dermatologist for 23 years and was very happy with their service.

Deb, the injector, is why I prefer Pinnacle Derm. I've been her patient for years and I have never found a better person who is looking out for me. She is by far the best injector in Nashville. She keeps my look natural and makes me feel special. Thank you Deb!
